Changes in schedule of the routes to/from Russia and Belorussia due to winter time change
Dear clients!
We would like to inform that due to the fact that Russia and Belorussia will not transfer to winter time, the time difference between these countries and Estonia-Latvia-Lithuania will be 1 hour more from 28. October 2012 until 30. March 2013.

Changes in schedule concerning Riga Airport

We would like to inform that from 18.10.2012 stop Riga Airport will be removed on Simple Express departure from Vilnius to Riga at 14.15.
From 25.10.2012 the departure time from Riga Airport on Simple Express route Riga St. Petersburg will be moved 15 minutes earlier to 22.00.

We would like to inform you that from 01.10.12 the Tallinn customer service office will be open every day from 06:30 to 19:00. The info telephone is working every day from 08:00 – 20:00. From 20:00 to 08.00 you will be directed to 24 h Service Center, which services are available in English and Russian.

Selling tickets on-board of the coaches departing at night time and early morning from St. Petersburg
From 17 of September Simple Express starts selling tickets on-board the coaches, which departure from St. Petersburg Baltic station at night time and in the early morning. It means that passengers once again can purchase the tickets on-board of the coaches, which departure from St. Petersburg to Tallinn or Riga, when Customer Service Office is closed.
In order to avoid possible inconveniences we still kindly ask to purchase tickets in advance at our Customer Service Offices or on-line via Simple Express homepage.

Seasonal changes in Tallinn – St.Petersburg – Tallinn timetable from 17.09.12
An additional Simple Express departure will be added from Tallinn to St.Petersburg at 11:00 and from St.Petersburg to Tallinn at 11:45.
Changes will be made in the following departures. From Tallinn to St.Petersburg at 11:05 (from Tallinn D-Terminal) and 23:00. From St.Petersburg to Tallinn at 13:15 and 22:00.

From 06.08.2012 following Simple Express departures will be cancelled: Tallinn - Riga at 12.00 and Riga - Tallinn at 17.30. To change your tickets to another departure please contact the nearest customer service office to you.

Dw. Wilenski bus stop closed
We would like to inform you that due to the construction work of Underground in Warsaw the bus stop Dw. Wilenski will not be available from 22.07.2012 until further notice. We advise you to use Dw. Zachodni or Dw. Centralny bus stops.

Lux Express new route Riga - Panevezys - Vilnius – Minsk
Lux Express will open a new destination Riga – Panevezys – Vilnius – Minsk. First departure from Riga will be on 20.06.2012 and first departure from Minsk will be on 21.06.2012. Departure will be daily from Riga at 22:50 and arrives to Minsk at 07:30 and from Minsk at 12:15 with arriving to Riga at 20:20. There are 36 seats for sale in the coach and price will be 27 EUR.
* At the beginning of operating on this route, there will not be available to purchase tickets from Vilnius to Minsk. Tickets can be purchased from Riga to Panevezys, Vilnius and Minsk, also from Panevezys to Minsk and opposite way.

Simple Express coaches on route Vilnius – Warsaw – Berlin
From 1st June Simple Express starts to operate on Vilnius – Warsaw - Berlin route, which is a new and attractive for all Simple Express passengers. We planned to start the route with our new Simple Express coaches, but unfortunately new coaches with WiFi, individual media system and additional services will start to operate a little bit later. Since our aim is to offer all Simple Express passengers a new, fun and innovative experience on the Vilnius – Warsaw – Berlin route, the preparations for it will take a little bit longer than expected.
We are sorry for the possible inconveniences, but we wish to provide our passengers the best services and do not want to offer an incomplete experience. New Simple Express coaches will be on the route by the end of June.
We have a positive announcement for passengers who have already bought a ticket and wish to exchange it. All passengers can change the date of the ticket for free.
From 28th May 2012 we have lowered Simple Express ticket prices on route Tallinn–St. Petersburg–Tallinn
The discount applies to following departures:
