  • Tickets can be changed at the Lux Express sales offices.
  • Tickets change is possible only until the beginning of the journey.
  • Only the date and time of the journey can be changed on Transport Ticket.
  • Changes in the date and time can be made in ticket offices of Eurolines Lux Express or by authorised distributors. Service charges of agents may be added to the price upon changing a ticket in a point of sale of an authorised distributor.
  • Upon changing a Transport Ticket, the Passenger must compensate for the price difference of the original and new Transport Ticket, in case the new Transport Ticket is more expensive.
  • In case the price of the Transport Ticket of the new journey of the Passenger is less than the price indicated on the original Transport Ticket, the difference is not refunded to the Passenger.
  • For any other changes of Transport Tickets applied for by the Passenger, a new Transport Ticket should be purchased.
